JOINT MEETING OF THE PLANNING BOARD/ ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, a quorum of the Governing Body may be present at the regular scheduled Planning Board meeting of Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at 7:00 P.M; and

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, a quorum of the Zoning Board of Adjustments may be present at the regular scheduled Planning Board meeting of Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at 7:00 P.M; and

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that in addition to the regular scheduled meeting of the Planning Board, a joint meeting of the Planning Board, Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Governing Body will take place immediately following the regular scheduled meeting of the Planning Board to review and discuss Land Use and other issues affecting the Township of Nutley as related to the Zoning Board of Adjustment and Planning Board; and

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that formal action may be taken; and

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, the meeting will be held at the Township of Nutley (3rd) Floor Commission Chambers, One Kennedy Drive, Nutley, New Jersey 07110.
