For many, the holidays can trigger feelings of anxiety, loneliness, loss, stress and even depression.  Learn why this can be a difficult time and how to cope when the holidays aren’t so happy.

The Nutley Health Department, Nutley Family Service Bureau, Nutley Schools and The Nutley Public Library have partnered to host a discussion panel consisting of professionals in the fields of mental health, nursing, education and social work to address these issues and offer tips to ease the stress and anxiety that some may experience.  Our panelists will touch on topics that affect teens to seniors and everyone in between.

Please join us on Thursday, December 15, 2022, 7:00pm at the Nutley Public Library for an informative, comforting, and essential discussion. All are welcome!  Light refreshments will be provided

Our panel consists of:

  • Averi Zarbetski, Nutley High School Student Assistance Coordinator
  • Molly Clark, Nutley Family Service Bureau Case Management Coordinator
  • Patty Cruz, Nutley Public Health Nurse Supervisor
  • Staela Keegan, Nutley Family Service Bureau Senior Clinical Supervisor

Moderator: Katherine Carmichael, Nutley Family Service Bureau Executive Director
