PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SUBMISSION OF A 2024 NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION GREEN ACRES URBAN PARKS GRANT PROGRAM APPLICATION

PURPOSE

Township of Nutley is seeking funding through the State of NJ Urban Parks Program [and the Green Acres Program] for improvements at Glotzbach Memorial Park, located at Park Avenue Nutley, NJ 07110. 

PROJECT SCOPE:

Township of Nutley proposes for the installation of synthetic turf on the softball fields at Glotzbach Memorial Park to enhance playability. A concept plan showing the proposed changes, a preliminary cost estimate, and an environmental impact assessment for the project can be found at: https://www.nutleynj.org/glotzbachparkupgrades
