SEPTEMBER TO REMEMBER FIREWORKS SPECTACULAR FEATURING THE DUPREES SCHEDULED FOR FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 17TH

Mayor Mauro G. Tucci and the Nutley Board of Commissioners are pleased to announce “September to Remember” a Fireworks Spectacular featuring the fabulous sounds of The DUPREES. This event has been scheduled for Friday, September 17, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.  on Franklin Avenue between Chestnut Street and Church Street.

 Michael Chieffo of DJMC Entertainment will open the evening with his high-energy show.  Next up is a show that will have everyone on their feet all night long.  We are proud to announce The Duprees featuring Nutley’s own Thomas Petillo will join Nutley with their show-stopping performance! The Duprees are known all over the world for their romantic interpretations of the most beautiful love songs ever written. They have made a career out of giving new life to old hits.

Last but certainly not least will be an astounding firework extravaganza that will light up the sky over Franklin Avenue leaving everyone with a “September to Remember”.  “We are so excited to begin to experience community events such as this again and bring everyone together after a year-long hiatus due to Covid-19 precautions,” stated Mayor Tucci.

This evening will be filled with family, friends and fun as we celebrate Independence Day and America.  Fabulous food vendors, children’s entertainment, video game trailer, balloon artists, fun photo booths and more will be available for all to enjoy!  Rain date is TBA.
