In an effort to provide as safe an  environment as possible,  Commissioner Petracco and the Department of Public Safety is advising all parents and guardians that  School Crossing Guards stationed at various locations around the town on Halloween.  The Guards will be stationed at busy areas throughout town from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. To ensure everyone’s safety we ask that you Trick or Treat during these times and avoid being out in the evening hours.
