SUNSHINE NOTICE
SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
PLANNING BOARD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, in accordance with the Open Public Meeting Law, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, a Special Meeting of the Planning Board of the Township of Nutley, Essex County, State of New Jersey will take place on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at 7:00 PM to consider adoption of a proposed periodic Reexamination Report of the 2012 Master Plan of the Township of Nutley (the “Master Plan Reexamination”) and such other business as may come before the Planning Board; and

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Planning Board may enter into Executive Session in accordance with N.J.S.A. 10:4-12; and

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that formal action may be taken by the Planning Board; and

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, the meeting will be held at the Township of Nutley (3^rd) Floor Commission Chambers, One Kennedy Drive, Nutley, NJ 07110 at 7:00 P.M.
