Commissioner Mauro G. Tucci Announces Winter 2025 Adult Fitness Programs

Commissioner Mauro G. Tucci and the Nutley Department of Parks and Recreation invite you to join our winter fitness programs designed to keep you healthy and energized during the colder months. Open exclusively to Nutley residents, these programs are tailored for all fitness levels. Pre-registration is required, and spots are limited!

Morning Grind

Jumpstart your fitness routine with this invigorating program designed to burn calories and build strength. Each session combines high-energy cardio with targeted strength training and core exercises to give you a full-body workout.
 
Instructor: Sue Quigley
Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:15 AM - 10:15 AM
Duration: 12 weeks - Jan. 2 - March 25
Location: Recreation Annex Building, 65 Bloomfield Ave.
Fee: $110 per participant

Rise and Shine

Start your day on the right note with this dynamic fitness program that energizes your morning. The workout includes a mix of cardio, strength training, and core work for a balanced full-body experience.
 
Instructor: Sue Quigley
Dates: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM
Duration: 12 weeks - Jan. 3 - March 31
Location: Recreation Annex Building, 65 Bloomfield Ave.
Fee: $160 per participant

Yoga for Life

This yoga program focuses on deep breathing, mindful movements, and gentle stretches to improve flexibility and relaxation. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class helps you enhance the body-mind connection.
