- Indoor gatherings will be permitted at whichever is lower: 25% of a building's capacity or 50 people total
- Outdoor gatherings will be permitted up to 100 people.
The Governor anticipates raising the limit on non-protest and non-religious activities to 250 people on June 22nd and 500 people on July 3rd.
The Executive Order also authorizes the reopening of municipal and private-club pools (June 22nd) and all outdoor recreational and entertainment businesses that were previously closed - with the exceptions of amusement parks, water parks, and arcades.
