Governor Phil Murphy, New York Governor Andrew M. This quarantine applies to any person arriving from a state with a positive test rate higher than 10 per 100,000 residents or a state with a 10% or higher positivity rate over a 7-day rolling average. Currently, that would affect anyone coming from Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Utah and Texas.
New Jersey, New York and Connecticut will continually update and publish on their respective websites a list of states to which the new advisory applies. This information will be updated regularly.
