ATTENTION SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS
STATE OF NEW JERSEY- NJRA LEASE PAYMENT GRANT
PROGRAM OPENS ON AUGUST 10, 2020
ON MONDAY AUGUST 10, 2020, THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY WILL BE ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR LEASE ASSISTANCE GRANTS FOR SMALL BUSINESSES BEGINNING AT 9AM.
PLEASE JOIN BY 8:45 AM AND HAVE YOUR LEASE WITH YOU AS YOU WILL NEED IT IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE APPLICATION.
THE APPLICATION IS A SHORT 2 PAGES.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A SIGNED LETTER FROM YOUR LANDLORD IN ORDER TO FILE YOUR APPLICATION.
IN ADDITION, A TAX CLEARANCE LETTER IS NO LONGER NEEDED IN ORDER TO FILE YOUR GRANT APPLICATION. THE STATE WILL NOW HANDLE THIS STEP INTERNALLY.
