THIS PUBLIC AUCTION IS BEING HELD BY THE ORDERS OF THE NUTLEY POLICE DEPARTMENT
Notice is hereby given, that the Nutley Police Department will hold a public auction to sell the list of vehicles attached hereto:
This Public Auction will be held on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Nicolette Towing, 7 57-1000 Page Avenue, Lyndhurst New Jersey 07071 at 10:00 AM, in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:ll-36 and Title 39 NJMVC N.J.S.A. 39:l9A-1.
Vehicles can be inspected the day prior the sale date (Wednesday, April 4, 2018) between 10:00AM and 12:00PM.
- Minimum bid will start with towing and storage fees incurred.
- All successful bidders will pay to the Township of Nutley the amount equal to his bid in cash at the time of sale.
- Vehicle must be removed within 48 hours of the Public Auction.
- The Vehicle is to be sold in as is condition and no conditional bids will be accepted.
